The transportation-specific aluminum profiles are made from high-strength aluminum alloy materials of transportation grade. They are formed through a large-tonnage extrusion equipment to achieve integrated molding of large cross-sections and complex cavities. They cover five categories: core components of new energy vehicles, passenger / commercial vehicle bodies, rail vehicle bodies, ship and aviation components.
All products possess core characteristics such as lightweight, high strength, anti-fatigue, and corrosion resistance. They can provide a complete process solution from mold development, extrusion forming to precision processing, surface treatment, and modular assembly, fully assisting the transportation industry in its transformation towards lightweight and green.
The aluminum alloy undergoes precise solution aging heat treatment, with tensile strength reaching 350-550 MPa, close to the strength of ordinary steel. The multi-chamber structure design has excellent collision energy absorption characteristics, which can effectively absorb impact energy and protect the safety of passengers and drivers during a collision; at the same time, it has excellent fatigue resistance, capable of withstanding the alternating loads of vehicle long-term operation.
Equipped with a million-ton large-tonnage extrusion equipment, it can achieve integrated extrusion molding of large-section and complex chambers, reducing the number of components and welding processes. The integrated structure avoids welding deformation and weld seam corrosion problems, significantly improving structural integrity and reliability, while shortening the production cycle and reducing assembly costs.
The aluminum alloy surface naturally forms a dense oxide protective film, combined with multiple-layer surface treatment processes such as anodizing, electrophoretic coating, and fluorocarbon spraying, it can pass the 2000-hour or more neutral salt spray test. It can adapt to various complex and harsh environments such as high temperatures, extreme cold, high humidity, seaside salt spray, road de-icing agents, etc., with a service life of over 20 years, significantly reducing the later maintenance costs.
