2How to make customized products?

Customers offer CAD drawings or product samples. We will make designs and drawings, send them back to customers to confirm, and then customers pay to make new moulds. After testing moulds, we will send test samples to customers to confirm before quantity production. For regular size new moulds, when you make an order up to 5 tons, we will refund the mould cost, and the moulds will remain in our possession.

3How to make OEM?

We will sign an agreement and the customer needs to offer us brand authorization. We will produce customized products and mark the customer's brand on the packaging according to requirements.

4How to deal with after-sales support?

Within 15 days after customers receive goods without questions, goods are deemed as accepted. If customers find quality problems, please provide clear pictures and let us know the quantity. We will check to confirm the causes and discuss options with customers if it is our issue.

5How about the payment terms?

100% T/T for new moulds. FOB Port, T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance paid before loading.

6How about the delivery time?

With regular production, delivery takes 20-25 days after receiving the deposit.
